REFUND REQUEST FOR NO DELIVERY

I need a refund placed an order on the 7th July my holiday was the 2nd Aug and today its the 12 August no order I understand you have issues with customs i need a refund i had to buy swimwear and will no longer need what i ordered therefore please refund me my money please order number #15202
