Pathetic service!

It is a pity I cannot give less than one star. I ordered an item on 30 April 2019. Doll me Up could not supply the item in a timeous fashion. I requested they cancel my order and refund me. After many requests and emails, I was asked to send my banking details, which I did on 15 July 2019. I am still waiting for my refund, my emails go unanswered and they don't answer their phones. Pathetic service!!!!!!
