Pathetic service

I ordered a costume with doll me up on the 5th of December 2018, they told me that it would be 12 working days. I sent them numerous messages on their facebook account and whatsapp where you can see they read them but they don’t bother to respond. I tried phoning them on all the contact numbers provided but they do not answer their phones!! I asked them to refund me also on facebook messenger but they also only read the message with no respond, I already paid 50% to confirm the order! This is very unprofessional and I have never been this dissapointed in my life!!
