ORDER NOT RECEIVED 54 DAYS LATER

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - Ordered 2 shirts 54 days ago, advertised 17 days for delivery, what a joke!!!! Still have not received my order. Keep getting **** to by Glynis and she keeps tripping herself up with the lies. Said stock was in SA on Monday 23rd and when I followed up on Friday when I had not received anything she said she would sms me the tracking number. No tracking number received and then said that suddenly one item was not there. Would courier yesterday and sms tracking number, well once again nothing. I have to keep emailing and just keep getting the run around. The best is that she will give me a credit coupon when I insisted on a Refund, so obviously does not know anything about Customer Service or the Customer Protection Act.
