One star is too generous!

One star is way too generous- but the only option. Hands down the worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered in January 2020. Pre- Covid. All sorts of excuses pretty early on. Lots of apologies and excuses. This item is no longer being made, please choose another item. So I did.Now this other item is out of stock. We received half your order, still waiting for the rest. Then nothing has arrived. Then staff changes and new staff have no idea of what is happening. Lisa has no idea what is happening in her own business, but is very busy on social media. Then there is all sorts of continuing excuses, then my order is "fulfilled" without me ever receiving anything. Then Covid- and a whole lot of more excuses. Then after 8 months of nothing...I ask for a refund- they dodge and dive. Then I finally get a voucher. Start the order process all over again, hoping for the best. Within a week, same excuses start again... this item is out of stock, please choose another one. After another week, then this item is out of stock please choose another one. I lost my patience! Then last week- 10 MONTHS after my first order and when they took my money, my 3 items finally arrived, out of the blue, with no shipping updates or anything. It just arrived at my door. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague. You might eventually receive your items, but only after so many headaches and queries and fighting. There are many similar companies that offer identical items that are way better run than this. Lisa might be R10 cheaper on an item here or there, but the headaches and nonsense and awful customer service is just not worth it. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Will never buy from them again. Ever!
