Not receiving any response on my refund

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Doll Me Up Fashion. The boots that I ordered from them were too small, so I arranged for the boots to be returned to the Postnet Bedworth Park on 26 May. I requested a refund, as I didn't like any of the other shoes that they had. I've sent numerous emails and sent a message via Facebook, where I received a response only stating "I will look into this" and no further feedback. It's been a month since I've sent the boots back and still no refund. I paid R899 for the boots, so its not small change.
