No order and still waiting for a refund

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have been waiting since the 6th June 2021 for my order, I have had excuse after excuse as to why I have not received anything yet, as soon as I ask for a refund they completely ignore me. Please DO NOT order from this company, they have zero good business practice!
