No delivery and no money back as asked

<p>I ordered from this company on the 6th of March 2017. I was told the delivery of the order will take between 7-17 days. On the 27th of March 17 I enquired again, and was told that the delivery was late. I asked that my money was to be paid back, as at no point I was informed of a late delivery or the status of my order. I was told by the manager, she didn't see why I was upset at all, and that I had to wait. On the 3rd of April I requested that my money was to be paid back. The same person sent me a money request back form, on which I had to fill in my bank details. At the bottom of the form it was indicated I had to wait 14 days for my money, to which I rep**** that I am not waiting 14 days for my money, as they did not wait 14 days for my money when I deposited this in their account. This morning I checked if my money was paid into my bank, and it was no surprise to find this has not been done. I want my money deposited asap. I also want to warn other customers not to buy from this company, as they are arrogant, and their service to a customer is worse than terrible. They do not say what they advertise, and will do anything to delay the pay back of your money!</p>
