No communication, nor update.

First time shopper, and I must say I'm very disappointed. There's no communication, no update its all so quiet. I have to be the one doing all the follow up, some emails are ignored and the last response I got was "we're still awaiting our summer stock from our old fufilment center, and we will get it in a few days.", few days turned into weeks. I've been waiting for over a month now.
