No boots, no refund!

I bought a pair of boots from this business. After my purchase I received a Whatsapp message saying I will receive info when my item will be dispatched. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I contacted them. The owner took ages to respond, and when she did she advised the boot was no longer available and as soon as they have it they will dispatch it. Another two weeks passed, but still nothing. I contact the owner again, and she kept on giving me the run-around. I eventually asked for a refund, and to this day I am waiting. It has been over a month of poor communication and poor service. She is literally ignoring me and I think I have been gracious enough. Now I want my money back.
