Empty promises with not refund

<p>Made an order for a trip I was taking (well within the time for delivery). Only one item was sent, after I had to query a couple of times as to when I would revive my order, and I received it after I returned from my trip. Requested a refund, still waiting for it. My order was made mid March and refund requested early April. We are now about to enter June and still nothing. Empty promises of refund and many of my emails ignored. Never again!</p>
