Emmeline's Fashions Shocking Service

I have used Doll Me Up fashions before with no issues, now they have changed names to Emmline's Fashions, what a disappointment from amazing service in the past to shocking service now. I ordered and paid in Nov, shipping says 7 - 14 days, I contacted them to find out where my order was, it took them AGES to reply to me 23 days later they say my order i son the way, I received my order 25 days later to find out the "skirt" of the one costume is so badly stitched it looks awful, do you think I can get hold of them now to sort this out, NO!! Shocking service, rude replies from emails if they even reply. So sad as Doll Me Up Fashions were great. Never using them again!!!!!
