Doll me up fashion not good service at all

Worst service ever!!! I phoned them on I placed an order on the 13th of February. The Friday 14th I phoned them to ask if they knew how long shipping will take, they said that the parcel will go out that Friday. Delivery is supposed to take 2-4 days. Yesterday 17th of February I phoned again and they said that the parcel will be shipped later that day. They sent me an email with a tracking number that does not exist??? I know it is not long after the order was placed but don't say that delivery will take a certain time and then tell you different stories about dispatching the order???
