Doll me up fashion!

I have ordered a dress from dollmeup fashion for an amount of R460 an online shop on the 9th of July 2018. the dress that I've ordered was delivered late in august and was completely different from what I saw on the picture. I spoke to Ashley the shop assistant and I told her that I am not happy with the dress and want to send it back of which I did and paid R250 on 12th September 2018 to send the back dress. I wanted an exchange as they didn't want to give my money back, up to this date I have not received my money nor the item that I have made exchange with. ***
