Doll Me Up bad experience

I ordered clothes from Doll Me Up and what I recieved was not the same product on the website. I sent them pics of the products I received and products I ordered showing them that they are not the same because they were refusing to do a refund. Eventually they agreed for me to send the goods back and do a refund, that was in January. I have not received a refund now over 3 months of waiting. Glynis is also not replying to my emails and the owner has not rep**** to my WhatsApp.
