Doll me up

Doll me up has the worst service. I ordered boots first they did not have the one colour in stock so I chose another color. Then I received my parcel and they sent me the incorrect colour . I paid out of my own pocket to send them back and get the colour I ordered only to be told they don't have the colour I want . When I asked for a refund I was told to send my bank details, which I did , I am still waiting for my refund and my emails are being ignored.
