Doll me Disappointment
If ever there was an option to turn back the cloc****
I've placed the first order February 10. Long story short, with me following-up (they don't follow up with their customers unless you do), size not available, then lockdown...now again some excuse about imported items taking longer. I responded yesterday, voicing my dismay and guess what…no response yet.
I was very much patient and understanding, being considerate of the Lockdown, right? BUT, how come all my other orders(different online stores) prior to Lockdown, was delivered and then new ones been delivered as well???? How come all the other stores was constantly updating me of my orders but with Doll Me Up I had to ask EVERY TIME.
This time I'm not 'understanding' and taking a voucher. I want my money back or we would go the legal route. No one can be this patient and understanding!

We have taken our imported items off the website for now because of the current situation with restricted flights. This does not mean that you will not get your order. It still has been ordered. We do understand the frustration since you placed your order weeks ago.
We do apologize that you as a customer had to reach out to us for feedback.
We are in contact with you and will do our best to resolve your query and come to a solution that suits you.
