Buyer Beware Worst Experience

I am getting married in September and as any excited bride I wanted to order a few things for my honeymoon. Surely I dont have to explain why receiving these low quality items upset me very much as it is so very important to look and feel beautiful and excited for your honeymoon. I order these items from one of their consultants on whatsapp and explained to her I always wear a medium in my dresses and my bra size is 36D. The items came in time as they promised BUT I was unpleasantly surprised when I opened my parcel and started to fit the items. First the quality of their clothes are terrible. They try very hard to match the pattern and the general look of the dresses shown on their photos however they are not in any way the same. The colours, material and fit differ. The materials are very cheap. All my items came in a medium size but not one medium is the same size. Some are so big and others I cant get past my shoulders. The lingerie also came in a size medium. How the consultant ordered a medium when my bra size is a 36D us beyond my knowledge. When I contacted the same consultant about returning my items no surprise the dont refund only exchange for another size. I dont like the items so even if I ordered another size it wont make it better. I explained to her I dont want to exchange I want a refund for 8 items ( that are not lingerie ). As soon as I said that the communication stopped and I am now being ingnored. Very dissappointed to say the least!!!!
