WORST SERVICE EVER!! This must be a crime and something must be done!

I have never experienced anything like this! Worst service ever, I am so disappointed! I bought hair from them, the quality of the hair was not up to standard and it was very light. I sent numerous WhatsApp messages about my issue. There was no proper feedback at first and then eventually I was advised to go to the store in Sandton so that they can look at the hair. So I went out of my way and off to their store in Sandon. When I got to their store, there was absolutely no sense of customer service or willingness to assist. I was told someone would contact me on Monday, no one did. I waited 2 days and then had to follow up with them again, then I was told another story. I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Can someone please tell me where they can be reported? This is pure *****!
