Worse place to buy hair

Worse experience ever, bought a wig at the sale, they gave me the wrong wig with a balding closure and torn wig cap, proceeded to try contact them numerous times and kept getting ignored, they promised to fix the wig and when I returned 3 times I got stories every time, they replaced my wig with very bad quality hair that was tangling and falling out, I had to chance them for more than a month

The staff refuse to let you talk to the owner to relay your issues, the manager is rude and dismissive, their treatment was disrespectful only because you bought a wig on sale

I will not be buying from them or recommending them to anyone, save your money it’s not worth all that trouble
