WASTE OF MONEY

I bought a 16 inch double drawn wig from the "Baddie on a Budget" promotion last week......mannnnn am I not disappoint after wearing for the first time last Saturday at an event. I felt so uncomfortable and embarassed at how much the hair tangled, I literally had to constantly go to the bathroom to brush the hair. As if that wasn't enough, the hair shed like crazy. The strands on my brush and on the floor, I felt so embarrassed when some would walk in the bathroom to find hair strands on the floor. I sent an email and DM to them two days ago, they never responded, that time they are constantly posting on Instagram. I'm highly disappointed and I refuse to let my money go to waste, this is hard earned money and no client/customer should be dealing with such. I' just gave them a star for delivering on time....other than that it's a zero from me.
