Trash masters A.K.A Dolce looks hair

I have had the most disappointing experience with dolce looks hair.i have bought a 22" burgundy with from them and on the first wear, it was tangled like a child had been playing with it, the shredding is worse.i have been in contact with them but they do not want to send me a good wig or even give me my refund.they are the biggest ****s and only now after having this experience, I see many complaints about their hair. I just want my money back and please people DO NOT BUY FROM DOLCE LOOKS,you will regret it
