Terrible Service and Bad Hair Quality

Terrible service! I ordered hair for my sister for her graduation, the hair was meant to be ready by 22 March 2023 - to date, they still don't have the right hair and the quality of hair they wanted to give us is not what we see on their social media. after 3 attempts of trying to collect hair, we still don't have the hair.
