Sells **** Hair

I bought a curly unit in September and the hair tangles like nobody’s business. Not to mention how much it sheds, I sent them a text to complain about the hair and I was told to “wash the hair after every installation” mind you I only installed the hair twice. Now I bought a straight unit which was delivered on Wednesday(08/11/2023) Installed the hair yesterday and I woke up to a tangled hair that still sheds. I am so disappointed, Dolce Looks sell us **** hair and I’m never buying from them ever again
