Salon sells **** hair to their online customers then blocks them!

This hair salon is based in Paulshof. They run their advertising via Instagram. I ordered hair from them and when the hair arrived it was nothing as advertised. I spoke to the owner who said I should come by the salon so she can rectify my complaint. I took hair back and waited for her to respond which she finally did after numerous messages and calls. She then told me that she sees nothing wrong with the hair and demanded that I come take it as it is regardless of my dissatisfaction. She later blocked me and I lost my money like that.
