Refusal to refund me

I’ve ordered a wig on may the 3rd and it took the whole month for me to receive it, I called them everyday and nobody took my calls up until end of may that one of the workers called me to tell me that it’s gonna be delivered in a few days. Upon the delivery I had received a wrong wig. It also took forever for them to come collect and when they did I had requested that I’d like my full refund and ever since nobody is taking my calls
