Poor customer service for online customers

Bought two weaves from them...yes the quality of their hair is nice but I had to return the Amanda one that I bought it was too blond not the same as the one on the picture at all...they said they would refund because they don't have a darker Amanda as per their picture.. it's almost a month now waiting on them to send me their refund form and remember I still have to wait 7-14 days for the money... And those people I call and WhatsApp them everyday but nothing... very poor customer service and everytime you call them they we'll be "hi doll how can we help you" but they ain't helpful at all.
