Poor client service

Poor customer service i have ever seen never doing business with them again.had a function to attend i made order with dolce on the 31march paid them expected communication with them to collect within 10days,till today they are telling me stories.i want my money back dont want your hair anymore will buy somewhere else.the excuse that you dont do refund im not taking that i want my money back.****** ****ners.
