Mixed emotions

If l had seen the reviews before making my order i would have saved myself peace i bought their black friday deals and spent R1100 including delivery the wig is not worth it the top part is barely there and the kniting is juss off am trying to contact for exchange or refund with no luck no one is responding , how do we support businesses with such attitude? I was so nice contacting them but am getting annoyed coz i see them posting with no response to me thats a lot of money to play with ..
