Dolce looks is a *****. I ordered hair on 26june2024. I had to cancel the order due to non delivery and their rude and *********** receptions called Patricia and Omphile who always lie. I completed a refund form and sent it back, Omphile acknowledged it and said i will get my money on 2 August. On the date that im supposed to get my money. Omphile denies receiving my form and lie as always. I had to resend the form after waiting for 18 days. They did not even respond to my message about when will i get the refund after sending the form again.These people are a ****. Do not buy from Dolce looks.
