Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed. The worst service I’ve ever come across honestly. I held this business in such high regard, it was my number one go-to for this year’s black friday sale, but I’ve gotten nothing but disappointment. I ordered my hair on 28th of Nov, today’s the 19th Dec and still nothing but delays. They attended to me a day ago saying I will be able to track my parcel after 24 hours, when I tried tracking after 24hours, there’s still no progress. I called the tracking company and they suggested the problem is with Dolce Looks. So frustrating really. I am very disappointed in their services, really *********** given the stature they hold. How do you make customers wait a whole month to receive what they paid for? I am even starting to regret and get scared seeing all the bad reviews on Twitter about the hair quality.
