I Bought hair at Dolcelooks on the 27th May 2021

I Bought hair at Dolcelooks on the 27th May 2021. I had to cancel the order and told the store that I need the order to be canceled so I can get my refund back which takes 7-14 days to process. I told them to not even take the order out for delivery and process my refund, they told me if thw courier guy calls I need to tell him to take the order back (which he didn't call and just delivered the order). I called Dolce Looks and told them about the order they agreed for me to take it to the store which I did. I went to the store and promised to give my money back on Monday/Tuesday, they didn't process my payment on any of those days and told me they will process it Friday which is today the 25th June 2021. I have not received my refund.
