Horrible purchase at Dolce Looks

I regret buying hair from hair boutique.Firstly the customer care is horrible .I purchased hair on the 25th of June and received a message stating that my hair ready.When I went to go and collect it wasn’t.I waited and still didn’t receive it.I went through the refund process and it’s day 17 and still my refund is not processed.I’ve been to the Ferndale brunch 4 times and they refuse to give me a proof of payment.I purchased the hair via PayJustNow and now I’m just trying to reverse the purchase via PayJustNow and they must deal with their unreliable merchant.
