Horrible Customer Experience

I ordered a wig for my wedding and they sent an email that my order is ready for pickup when I got there on Tuesday they tell me that my order is not ready it will be ready on Thursday no problem

Thursday another excuse they having problems with what I ordered yhoo and as a customer you have to call them follow up with them

I was left desperate didn't know what to do I have never been so upset in my life
