Horrible

I have ordered from these people, they delivered a wrong item after several emails and messages they finally collected the wrong hair that was after 3 months. It’s been two weeks waiting for the correct item to be delivered, the lady that is responding to instagram said the hair is delivered which is a lie, asked to waybill to take it up with the courier guy but even that I’m still waiting for
