I ordered hair in December 2023.February 2024 the hair was shading.I DM them and asked that I return the hair for valuation.Till today 03/10/2024.I haven’t received my hair back,nor refund of my R3600.💔Their customer doesn’t respond on Whatsup and on phone calls she’s always busy,promises to call me back.Unfortunately am in Durban ,I can’t go confront her.
