Dolce Looks is not professional

This is from an email sent by my partner regarding this company.

"Hi. I would like to get a refund for my order please.

I have been the most understanding and patient person, but the service from you guys has been absolutely appalling.

Absolute no communication outside of being told that the supplier has delayed. No updates, no word for you whatsoever. I - the CUSTOMER - am having to call in?

I order on the 9th of May, specifically for an event that has already passed and I am still waiting.

I AM THE ONE who had to call in to find out that my wig is sitting with you, uncustomised as I requested? If I had not called, then what?

I was told that my wig would be couriered yesterday after customisation to be received today and I have received nothing.

I have called a total of *9 TIMES* today and not a single answer from both number? I’m really annoyed and at this point, I do not want that wig, so may I please organise for a refund. I’m over it.

What is disappointing is that the review on your website do not at all match what I am experiencing right now.

May I please have a refund. Take the wig back or whatever is required, but give me my money back please. I’ll take my business elsewhere."

We have been terribly disappointed by the service offered by this company.
