Dolce Looks horrible service

The service was underwhelming to say the list , the MUA was excellent and did a great job with my face but when it came to my hair the service was soo appalling ! They gave me an incomplete wig which was not fully customized and to make the matters worse that lady had to install the hair by applying the glue direct to my hair because the wig cap was apparently "small" and I had to pay the full installation fee for the installation and hair that was not complete, what's even worse is that they made me pay for full service for installation even though it was incomplete. They treated me as though they are doing me a favor for what I paid for , how pathetic? maybe it's because I'm not a celebrity that's why I was treated that way . I'm definitely bringing the hair back for a full customized wig or else I want my money back ! I'm so disgusted 😪.

I would never recommend you guys to anyone I promise , just stick to your celebrity customers .
