DOLCE LOOKS HAIR FAILS TO REFUND MY MONEY

Bought hair delivered after 10days on the 15tg March 2024 only to realize it the wrong hair I returned it they received it on the 24th March 2024. They said they will send me refund form which took 10days to be email. I furnished it and was told they will give me my money after 14 days. It's the 16 April 2024 today I haven't received my money. If you want hair don't bother when you are not in Gauteng they send wrong hair cz they know you won't return it. Worse they are failing to refund me my R1420.
