DOLCE LOOKS ARE ****MERS!

****MERS! I bought 14inch DD hair from this **** of a company the hair was sent back as it was shedding, tangling and stiff. They washed the hair and said to be returning it to me in which I requested a refund qha! I have been in communication with Patricia at reception and til date I am awaiting for my refund due to their bad quality, ****ful hair. I submitted the refund form on the 30th of November and til date I have not received my refund!!?! Everytime I call I am blatantly **** to and told “it will be processed the next day” another day “Finance forgot to process and they will today” another day “by end of business today you will receive payment” Haike ngoku eyokugqibela “Finance system is offline call again next week!?! Over a week ago I also sent these ****mers a Whatsap no response! Not only do they sell disgusting hair, they don’t respect people, customer service is appalling. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
