I am really disappointed on the service i received on Saturday so the story is as follows:

I bought the high rise Bob in December and i sent a whatsapp stating that i wont be able to come due to a family crisis and i contacted the store last week and i was told i could come collect as my wig was ready for collection.

I arrived at the Sandton towers for collection and i was referred to the salon on the 14th floor(i would write their names but they had no name tags).As i arrived at the salon i wait for 45 minutes for my wig as i paid extra for customization however what i received was not as i expected.it was a middle part the girl at the reception who was busy with my wig said to me i could style it myself as displayed on the picture and i was disappointed and shocked at her response.I was not asked the order number,my id for identification or even my name and surname and to me it reflected that these ladies were not taking their work seriously.Sadly the wig was straightened and cut however the length on one side is longer than the other.

It was my first i bought hair from your store and i was not happy at all.The wig is very disappointing and would therefore require a refund or an exchange.

Your assistance in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
