Disappointed and bad service

Bought a wig from this place and it didn’t fit at all, I got it customized and it still came to me not customized. The wig does not look like how it does on Instagram at all. Laid a complaint to them on Instagram and felt as if I wasn’t taken seriously, took the person I was talking to a while to even send me the address to return the wig. Told the lady it doesn’t fit properly and she told me that in the picture it fits? Well I’m the one wearing it and it doesn’t fit at the back . The wig is just small , I would like to return this wig and even better exchange . It’s really not worth the money I spent. I was so excited to buy from them but never again.
