Bad service. Still waiting for my delivery which was purchased on the 3rd of June 2023

I’m currently having a bad service with Dolce looks. Bought hair almost a month ago. I haven’t yet received my hair also the company doesn’t communicate or update their customers. I’ve been calling them but nothing is happening with my situation.
