Bad experience

Very terrible service ... so I ordered hair from Dolce Looks which was a 16 inch frontal and when I got it it was good quality I later did an installation with them of which I was happy of.... than I decided to go back for my graduation this was my worst nightmare .... on the week of my graduation I called them to ask when is my wig being delivered since their delivery states 5-7 days working days and that time was almost over I later asked them to rather keep the hair at the store l will fetch it on the day of the installation ...they agreed and I also ordered to do my makeup there of which I booked an appointment for 10... I was never told of any procedures for the day of my graduation I missed a call from them since I couldn't answer my phone I called back and one of their workers said to me "HI Doll we wanted to confirm your make up if we don't confirm with our makeup artist by 8h30 than she's not coming I asked them what should I do now because I wasn't told about that from the word go and if I was I would have known I should answer my phne ....she said it's okay ll get another artist I told them I would be late as I am stuck in traffic but before I could even finish the conversation my airtime cut they never called back" I got there 40 minutes late but since I explained I was stuck in traffic the reception lady still had attitude when I arrived ...the first thing she said was sorry the makeup artist left she couldn't wait for more than 30 minutes I sat nd told her to just install my hair ... later she came back and said to me since you late you have to wait for the ladies to finish installing other clients we have already started the process and can't stop ...I was later helped and was not happy with my installation my wig came loose 2 hours after the installation .... I reported the issue on the same day and till today I have no response I paid full installation for a wig that did not even last a day also they can't communicate properly with their customers you as the customer have to call them
