BAD Customer Service

NEVER CONSIDER this business 1. The ladies there got a bad attitude towards customers. 2. I ordered wigs on the 15 February 2024 and got the collection email on the 4th of March 2024, when I collected I was not happy with one of the wigs and I left it for them to fix it …….no communication or anything until I decided to walk in and ask today (9th of May 2024). They made me wait for 30 minutes until asked for a refund, I was given a form after another 10 minutes wait, after filling out the form I was told to wait for 14day for them to process it. They have lost me as a customer because of their 🤢 service
