loan restation

Good day Please share my request with Senior management, I would like to appeal the rejected application . Nothing in my credit profile has changed since my loan approvals with Dola Money . I have appreciated your help in times of need etc .. I am shocked that iam rejected and blocked when I have been paying successfully with no fail . I feel super discriminated against as 1 reason was given then followed by another which has caused me a huge set back in the project i am working on and dealing with . I was thrown out with no warning . I get that you are governed by you policies and all but i how do i get penalized for things i do not know and also get rejected while been granted a loan under the same conditions . Please reinstatement as am very thankful and would still like to borrow with Dola *** -***
