Dissapointed Customer

Terrible, I am so disappointed with Dola money, I have taken out a loan with them 3 times so far and never had an issue, I always paid on time and even settled early.

Today I needed a little extra funds, so I called Dola and asked if I settle my account would I beable to apply immediately and I was told. So thinking in my mind that I can trust Dola, I paid the balance off with the last R900. 00 that I had, only for them to come back to me and say that my application has been declined. Dola money has put me in such a predicament right now that I have no idea what to do.
