DoItSolar does not commit to their word

We have been owed equipment for almost a year. Louis is conviently never has signal and cannot call me back. I have been told twice now that he would call me and both times he has failed to. Some of the Equipment has been dropped off but the communication has been terrible and dropping off only half of what we are owed after almost a year of nothing is not good enough.
