Great service

Last week our dog had a bad seizure, we have been covered for over a year with Dogsure & Catsure they paid most of the bill for an MRI and a spinal tap. They also paid for him staying overnight at Bryanston Veterinary Hospital. A few things here: - dogsure is incredibly helpful and reply on whatsapp (thank you Natalie and thank you Aisha). They even messaged to see if he’s happy being back home. They spoke to bryanston vet and organised everything in a few hours, we hardly had to speak to anyone - Bryanston vet is extremely good, our vet Jandre spoke to specialists after our dog’s tests came back clean and found the best seizure medication for us. They are brilliant and took great care of our dog during his sleepover there. - Dogsure is the ONLY insurance that had unlimited yearly cover and you get discount for every other dog that’s added - we are very, very happy with Dogsure and Bryanston vet, both world class. Our dog’s seizure was a shock and both mentioned made it so much easier.
