SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE AND QUALITY OF HARNESS

We bought a harness on the 23rd December 2019 on from vets pantry in Dainfern Square on the 21st of January we returned it ( noting not even a month old) and the harness had ripped open by where the 'triple stitching' is supped to be it is torn and the back due to this and they claim my dog chewed it, are you kidding? a Scottish terrier ripped it off the 'triple' stitching??? I complained to vets pantry who said that 'dogs life' rep will assess the product and advise to which they came back and said they will not replace the product- please keep in mind this harness was R330 rand alone! after complaining to them on messenger and sending them photos they have the audasity to give me a 60% off voucher, why in the world would I go back and buy and inferior product, the attitude towards dealing with this situation is appalling to say the least! I am appalled and disgusted and I will advise all friends family and everyone I know to avoid this product at all cost and will find every form of social media avenues to advise potential new clients the appealing attitude towards a client, word of mouth can destroy a brand by the way!
